Signal is a free, community-run exchange where builders test each other's products. There are no payments and no paid tiers. Watts are an in-app reputation currency with no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or cashed out.

• Be honest. Submit real, good-faith test reports and list real products you're entitled to share.
• Don't abuse the system — no fake accounts, no gaming Watts, no spam, no illegal or harmful content.
• Only claim Verified Builder for a site you actually control.
• Respect access instructions and any confidentiality an owner asks for when you test their product.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or harm other builders.
• The service is provided "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for losses arising from use of the platform, including any loss of Watts or data.
